Sagem Clavier 23197133-9 PT2: PCB and switches

So, I was able to find time to dig further and inspect the internals of this Sagem Clavier. All switches look great except for the switches located at the numpad cluster. Someone seemed to spray or applied some kind of lubricant on them.
First things first...

AMD 23186383-4 BE 042EANB M C Intel 1980 microcontroller chip
Unlike the previous Sagem board I posted, I could not find any more date looking print on this PCB. I find it hard to determine year this was created except for those printed in the case; i.e. 1989.

PCB is in bad shape. Prints are lifting...

The switches
I mentioned above that there a bunch of switches that seems lube with some sort. So, I grabbed my 3D printed switch opener and tried to open one.

All in all, there are 85 black and 1 grey switches in this keyboard. Though still seems smooth, I may need to clean and dry those switches removed from the numpad cluster. All others are clean, dry and very smooth.
